I have been surrounded by great cooks as long as I can remember. I was blessed to be in a family where the kitchen was the heart of the home. Everyone had their signature dish or meal:
My grandmother, Virginia always had Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners complete with homemade rolls, pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce, roast turkey and fried oysters. Grandma Trickett had awesome Sunday dinners that always included homemade bread, gravy and real mashed potatoes. Christmas baking wasn’t complete without her Pineapple Filled Cookies. Great aunts also had their own style of homemade breads, pies and baked chicken all from scratch!
These gifts were passed along to me and now I have combined my passion for food and cooking into a business, Bon Appetit! Personal Chef Service that is a true labor of love. I take pride in preparing each and every meal with attention to detail. I also love to put a new “twist” on traditional recipes!
